The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.124, dated 06.09.2023, registered under Sections 21(1) and 4(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development Act, 1957) Rupnagar. 2. Vide order dated was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that that the petitioner has joined investigation and he is not required for custodial interrogation. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that that the petitioner has joined investigation and he is not required for custodial interrogation. Keeping in view the above mentioned facts and circumstances, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petit the order dated 10.01.2024, granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made subject to compliance of usual terms and conditions requisite for grant of anticipatory bail.
