4. Heard the parties.
5. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 200/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 448, 341, 324, 323, 307, 379, 354, 427, 504 & 506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Ms. Priyanka Chopra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag.
6. On 15.10.2023 at about 8:00 A.M., there was land dispute between the informant party and the accused persons, which resulted in free fight.
7. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It was finally submitted that injured has sustained simple injury.
8. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
9. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Priyanka Chopra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag or her successor in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 200/2023.
