1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.3 to decide the legal notice dated 30.07.2025 (Annexure P-6), which is pending in his office regarding the expeditious implementation of EPF scheme for the benefits of the petitioner at the earliest, as he had retired from service 03 years ago. It is further prayed that respondent No.3 may be directed to deposit the employer’s share of Provident Fund since the year 2011, so that the same may be disbursed to the petitioner.

4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record carefully.
5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent No.3 to decide the legal notice dated 30.07.2025 (Annexure P-6) within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
6. It is expected that respondent No.3 shall pass a speaking and well reasoned order and in case, it is found that the petitioner is entitled to any consequential relief, the same shall be released to him, forthwith.
