ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of the 5th respondent and there are admittedly some matrimonial disputes between them. It is submitted that on 30.01.2025, the 5th respondent hit the petitioner with a brick on her head causing bleeding injuries. She was admitted in hospital at Ongole and was treated for injuries. Immediately, the petitioner has submitted a complaint before the 4th respondent on the very same day. However, no action has been taken by the 4th respondent.
2. The petitioner submitted a further representation dated 11.02.2025.However, no action has been taken.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader is appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
4. The petitioner also had submitted a medical report pertaining to the treatment given to the petitioner.
5. Considering the same, this Court directs the 4th respondents to take necessary action, as per the provisions under Section 173(3) of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita Act, 2023, on the

representations of the petitioner dated 30.01.2025 and
11.02.2025.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
