Following order was passed in the matter on 28.05.2025:-
“Mr. Vivek Katoch, Executive Engineer, JSV Division, Arki, District Solan present in person and submits that all possible endeavours shall be made for redressing the petitioner’s surviving grievances regarding interest on delayed payment.
At the request of learned Additional Advocate General, list on 02.06.2025.”

Pursuant to above order, learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 02.06.2025 from the Executive Engineer, JSV Division Arki. As per these office instructions, the sole surviving grievance in respect of release of interest in favour

of the petitioner has also been redressed. An amount of Rs.1,54,507/- on account of interest has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner and necessary permission for releasing the aforesaid amount has been accorded to the concerned Treasury Office. Office order dated 31.05.2025 issued in this regard has been appended alongwith the office instructions.
Taking note of above documents placed on record by the learned Assistant Advocate General, the present contempt proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the redressal of her surviving grievances, if any.
