GP FOR REVENUE (AP) 2 The Court made the following order: The petitioner claims that she is in possession of the land admeasuring an extent of 0.85 cents in Sy.No.350 of Gandhavaram Village, Padmanabham Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, for the past 30 years. In recognition of the same, her name was mutated in the revenue records and also issued pattadar passbooks and title deed after conducting due enquiry. It is further case of the petitioner that the 4th respondent without issuing any notice and without following due process of law, trying to interfere with her possession over the subject land. Questioning the said action, the present Writ Petition is filed. 2. This Court by order dated 17.03.2020, directed the respondents to maintain status-quo and the same was extended until further orders on 05.10.2020. In view of same, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, this Court is feels it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with the following direction: “The respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring an extent of 0.85 cents in Sy.No.350 of Gandhavaram Village, Padmanabham Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, except in accordance with law.” 3 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
