(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the promotion order dated 31.05.2023, Annexure P-9, issued by the respondent Department vide which various juniors to the petitioner have been promoted to the post of PGT Hindi. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to decide her pending legal notice, dated 08.06.2024, Annexure P-14, in a specified period. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State, and submits that the pending legal notice, dated 08.06.2024, will be decided by respondent no.2/Director General, Department of Secondary Education, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months.
