1. The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:-
a) For direction, commanding upon and directing the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioners to the extent of their share for the land, as acquired, appertaining to Khata No. 2, Plot No. 221 of Village: Chiyanki, P.S.: Sadar, Daltonganj, which has been acquired for construction of Four Lane Road over NH 75, Section III, 147.450 K.M. to 196.870 K.M. up to Bhog-Shankha and for that Acquisition Case No. 01/2021-22 was started and the amount of compensation has been disbursed in favour of Rajdeo Oraon and Abhishek Oraon to the tune of Rs. 4,00,70,574.00/- (Four Crore Seventy Thousand Five Hundred

Seventy Four) only, in collusion of the above official respondents, on the basis of forged & fabricated Genealogical Table, prepared and approved by the Up-Mukhiya, Chiyanki and Circle Officer, Sadar Medininagar, which is wholly arbitrary, unjust & unsustainable in the eye of law.
ii.) For further direction upon the respondents, to forthwith take appropriate action against the official respondents, who has released the compensation amount in favour of Rajdeo Oraon and Abhishek Oraon only, without proper verification, as required under the rules & law and in collusive manner, against the true letter & sprit of Land Acquisition Act and law & rules, prevailing in this regard.
2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that although the award has been prepared in the name of predecessor of the petitioners, namely, Late Raman Oraon but different person has taken the awarded amount.
3. It has been further submitted that an objection has been filed by one of the co-sharer and upon adjudication he has been given his share. Thereafter, after knowledge these petitioner also has filed an objection claiming their shares.
4. It has been submitted that upon that objection notices have been issued but the proceeding has not been culminated.
5. Without going into the merit of the case, the present writ petition stands
disposed of directing the authority to culminate the proceeding in connection with Acquisition Case No.1/2021-22 wherein the notice has already been issued.
6. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the case.
7. Authority is expected to dispose of the proceeding after following due process and giving ample opportunity to all the effected parties.
8. The proceeding should be culminated as soon as possible.
9. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition stands
