Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Following order was passed in the matter on 09.07.2025:- “Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record calculation sheet and on that basis submits that total arrears due to the petitioner was Rs.9,62,665/-, out of which amount of Rs.5,00,000/- stands paid to him and only an amount of Rs.4,62,655/- remains to be paid to the petitioner, which shall be paid in 5 equal installments. As against the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in all has received an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- till date. Yes - 2 - period of four weeks in view of order dated 17.04.2023 passed in Execution Petition No. 237/2022 (Rakesh Kumar Vs. HRTC). That in terms of above order, the entire amount was to be credited in the bank account of the petitioner on or before 31.08.2023. Today, we are on 09.07.2025. Confronted with above, learned counsel for the respondents seeks a day’s time to have instructions. List on 10.07.2025.” 2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record copies of two separate cheques, one in the sum of Rs.4,16,399/- in favour of the petitioner and the other one amounting to Rs. 46,266/- towards deducting his TDS. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that payment in terms of the aforesaid cheques has redressed the grievance of the petitioner.
