1. Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0269 dated 10.09.2024, under Sections 120-B and 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sector-65, Gurugram.
2. Vide order dated 18.11.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 18.11.2024, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.
4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

submissions made on behalf of the petitioner.
