CMP No.6159 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non-applicant. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings. In terms of order dated 12.09.2023, the non- applicant/appellant, in the case at hand, was required to deposit mesne profit @ Rs.3000/- per month. In pursuance to the aforesaid order, a security bond stands furnished by the non-applicant/appellant before this Court. A sum of Rs.27,000/- stands paid to the applicant/respondent on 13.06.2024. In the aforesaid facts and attending circumstances, amount lying deposited in pursuance to the order dated 12.09.2023, after June 2024 till date, be released to the applicant/respondent along with interest, if any, accrued thereupon. The same be remitted in the bank account of the applicant, detail whereof has been given in para 3 of the application, subject to proper verification of his identity. It is made clear that the release of the amount is subject to the final outcome of the appeal. In case the applicant is not found entitled to receive the same, then the amount shall be repaid to the non-applicant/appellant along with interest. Application stands disposed of. (Bipin C.
