1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the transfer order dated 19/01/2025 Annexure P-1, by which, the AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2025.04.01 10:32:06 +0530
2 / 3 petitioner has been transferred from Karmchari Rajya Beema Sewaye, Radhika nagar, Supela Kendra, Durg to Karmchari Rajya Beema Sewaye Nandni Road Kendra, Khursipar, Bhilai, District: Durg.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having some health issue and on the event of the transfer of the petitioner from the present place of posting, the family of the petitioner will destabilize, as a three years old son is also with the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State submits that to redress the grievance of the employees who have been transferred by the State, a committee has been constituted on 03.03.2025 and if the petitioner will approach the committee, said committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with the policy of the State Government and grievance if any raised by the petitioner, the same shall be redressed within a stipulated period.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and the documents.

Looking to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is suffering from some health issue and she is having a three years old son, the petitioner shall approach the Committee constituted by the State Government and submit a representation within a period of 10 days. If the petitioner will file any such representation before the committee, the committee is
directed to consider the same and pass necessary order in accordance with the policy of the State Government by considering
3 / 3 the grievance of the petitioner within a further period of 20 days. Till then, for the period of 30 days, the order impugned dated 19/01/2025 Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is
disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the committee about the order passed by this Court.
