Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus direction to the respondent no.2 i.e. Additional Commissioner, Administration, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj, expeditiously decide the Case No. 525 of 2021 and Computerized Case No. C202102000000525 (Ramautar Vs. Raj Bahadur & others) filed u/s 210 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006 and same is pending from 08.07.2021." 2. It is contended that proceedings under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration before respondent no.2, which are registered as Case No.525 of 2021 (Computerized Case No.202102000000525). The sole prayer made in the writ petition is to expeditiously conclude the aforesaid proceedings. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondent, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Additional Commissioner (Administration), Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to conclude the proceedings which are registered as Case No.525 of 2021 (Computerized Case No.202102000000525) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
