Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the Director, Mines and Geology Department, Haryana and even the resolution of the Gram Panchayat has resolved to authorize filing of such an Appeal, we find substance in the objection of the learned State counsel that the present Writ Petition is not liable to be entertained. 2. Leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the appropriate Appeal before the Director, Mines and Geology Department, Haryana against the order impugned in this Writ Petition, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed. 3. It is, however, provided that if such an appeal is preferred by the petitioner before the concerned authority, within two weeks, the same shall be entertained without raising any objection regarding delay. 4. All pending applications, if any, in this case are disposed of accordingly.
