The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.124, dated 06.09.2023, registered under Sections 21(1) and 4(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development Act, 195 Rupnagar. 2. Vide order dated was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that that the petitioner has joined investigation and he is not required for custodial interrogation. 4.
