The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that a sum of Rs.15,000/- was transferred to the account of Accused No.9 through Gpay. Additionally, gold and silver chains were recovered from the accused. He further submitted that the investigation is still pending. 3. Considering the nature of the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
