This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to Respondent No.-2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Badlapur, District-Jaunpur to expedite/ conclude the proceeding Case No.-7/20/2010-2011, Computer No.- T2010143602128, (State Vs. Ramshabd and others) in Case Crime No.-571 of, 2010, Under Section-198-A(2) of U.P. Z.A. and L.R.-Act, Police Station-Badlapur, District- Jaunpur." 2. It is contended that proceedings under Section 198A(2) of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act is pending consideration. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Badlapur, District-Jaunpur to decide the Case No.-7/20/2010-2011, Computer No.-T2010143602128, (State Vs. Ramshabd and others) in Case Crime No.-571 of 2010, Under Section-198A(2) of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
