This application has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation of Bagaha Patkhauli P.S. Case No.570 of 2019. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that required documents have been handed over to the Investigating Officer of the case by the petitioner. Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1617 of 2022(7) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 4. In view of the aforesaid, this Court directs the Investigating Officer of Bagaha Patkhauli P.S.
