Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred against the impugned order dated 13.08.2025 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act) Bulandshshahar in Special Session Trial No.3830 of 2022 (State of U.P. vs. Dinesh and others) arising out of Case Crime No.515 of 2022, under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC and Section 3(2) (5a) SC/ST Act, Police Station Khurja Nagar, District Bulandshahar. 3. During arguments, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that he does not want to press the prayer made in the appeal. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the appellant in accordance with law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that in case the appellant filed bail application before the court below, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
