Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 8, learned counel for the 8th respondent and perused the documents placed on record. 3. Admittedly, the suit in I.A.No.3 of 2022 in O.S.No.109 of 2022 was dismissed on 02.06.2023, similar Writ Petition No.27036 of 2024, was dismissed on 18.09.2024. Another Writ Petition W.P.No.16760 of 2025 was dismissed and Writ Petition No.13540 of 2025 filed by the 8th respondent was partly allowed on 11.06.2025 and onceagain the present Petition is filed by the petitioner, which is nothing but a clear abuse of process of law and hence the present Petition is dimisssed.
