Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an amount of Rs.90,000/- is outstanding against petitioner, which is payable to respondent in terms of Award of Lok Adalat. He further submits that petitioner is ready to pay the said amount, however, because of his chronic disease, Cancer, he is not in a position to pay the same in one go. Therefore, he may be permitted to pay the said amount in three installments. 2. With the consensus of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to petitioner to pay the aforesaid amount in three equal installments and the first installment shall be paid to respondent on 02.04.2025. In the event, first installment is not paid on the date fixed, the Trial Court shall be at liberty to proceed with execution. 3. Disposed of.
