Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 0135/2024, registered under Sections - 103 (1) / 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Seraikella. On 13.12.2024, at about 11:00 P.M., the husband of the informant was murdered by unknown persons near Nav Prathmik Vidyalay. From the impugned order, it appears that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused, it further appears that the petitioner has also confessed his guilt. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Seraikella in connection with Gamharia P.S.
