None for the complainant. ---- MANISHA BATRA, J. (Oral) The petitioner had joined investigation on 05.11.2024 in compliance of order dated 16.10.2024. Learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana as per instructions received from ASI Parvesh had submitted that payment of disputed amount of Rs.30 lakhs stands made to the complainant by the petitioner. Even otherwise none is present on behalf of the complainant today. Custodial interrogatioin of the petitioner is not required. Given the nature of the allegations, this Court is of the considered opinion that his pre trial incarceration would not serve any purpose and a case has been made out in favour of the petitioner to MANJU 2025.05.29 19:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order /judgment Chandigarh CRM-M No.50842 of 2024 -2- extend benefit of pre arrest bail to him. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the order dated 16.10.2024 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the compliance of the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 by the petitioner.
