While placing on record communication dated 03.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 26.08.2025, Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that case of the petitioner has been considered and he has been promoted to the post of Headmaster w.e.f 13.07.2023, vide order dated 26.08.2025 on notional basis till actual joining. He further states that the petitioner has further been posted at GHS Ketlu, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication as well as copy of office order dated 26.08.2025 annexed therewith, this Court finds merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General, as such nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law for consequential benefits or surviving grievance, if any.
