This Court vide order dated 08/02/2024 has rejected the prayer of petitioners for grant of interim relief, which was challenged before the Hon’ble Supreme Court by filing Special Leave Petition. The Hon’ble Supreme Court has rejected the Special Leave Petition vide order dated 03/05/2024, thereby requesting this Court to expedite the hearing of the matter. 3. Learned advocate for petitioner submits that previously he had filed application for early date of final hearing which was allowed on 20/06/2024 and the matter was fixed for final hearing on 25/07/2024 at 02:30 p.m. However, the matter could not be heard. The subject matter of writ petition is the judgment and order dated 23/10/2020 passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai, in Revision Application No.84/B/2019/A, whereby the revision is allowed by setting aside the respective judgments and orders of respondent No.3 Additional Collector, Aurangabad, dated 07/11/2019 and respondent No.4 Tahsildar, Khultabad, dated 04/02/2019. This Court has taken into consideration the detailed arguments while rejecting interim relief to petitioners. 5. In view of the above, the civil application is allowed.
