N RANGA REDDY Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1. GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri N. Ranga Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: “…to pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Writs, Order or Direction, declaring and setting aside the Order dated 14.11.2024 in D.Dis.No. 268/2024/G on the file of the 3rd Respondent, as illegal arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violative of principles of natural justice and pass..” 3. The Impugned Order in the present Writ Petition, dated 14.11.2024 (Ex.P.1) is passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer with certain directions. The Writ Petitioner has already filed an Appeal before the Joint Collector challenging the Order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 14.11.2024 (Ex.P.1). It transpires from the record that the Writ Petitioner has also filed a Civil Suit bearing O.S.No.125 of 2024 on the file of District Judge, Ananthapuramu, along with an Interlocutory Application bearing I.A.No.219 of 2024. 4. Since the Petitioner has already preferred a Statutory Appeal before the Joint Collector challenging the Order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 14.11.2024 (Ex.P.1), this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. 5. In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed since the Writ Petitioner has already preferred a Statutory Appeal, which is still pending before the Joint Collector.
