The present petition has been filed for directions to the respondents No.1 to 3 to the effect that they shall take necessary steps to present obstruction in plying of the vehicle by the petitioner, and to take appropriate legal action against the respondents No.4 and 5, who are trying and making an attempt to forcibly take away the vehicle of the petitioner. 2. Notice of motion to the respondents No.1 to 3 only. 3. Since advance notice has already been served upon the State, Mr. Eklavya Darshi, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, and waives service. 4. The petitioner has filed representation dated 14.06.2025 (Annexure P-2), before the respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Patiala. According to petitioner, no action has been taken as VIPIN KUMAR 2025.08.29 18:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order CRM-M-48023-2025 2 yet. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction for disposing of the representation dated 14.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) be given to the respondent No.2 and the petition be disposed of. 5. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to pass a speaking order and decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P- 2), on its own merits, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of instant order. 6. It is, however, made clear that no finding with regard to merits of the allegations is being recorded vide instant order, and the police authorities shall be at liberty to take an independent decision with regard to contends of the representation.
