Umrao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bal Mukund, learned counsel for respondent no. 5 and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel representing State respondents. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for direction to respondent no. 3 to 5 to pay general providentfund amount to the petitioner as petitioner had already attained the age of superannuation on 31st January, 2021. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 90 percent GPF amount has come to be paid as he has received instructions from his client in this regard and now only 10 percent amount remainst to be paid . Learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 states that till date no requisition has been sent by the State respondents regarding payment of remaining 10 percent amount. In the given facts and circumstances of this case, I dispose of this petition with direction to respondent no. 3 to forward the requisite papers to respondent no. 5 for payment of remaining Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Manish Chand Umrao, Ram Kailash Counsel for Respondent(s) : Bal Mukund, C.S.C. Soon-after requisition is received, respondent no. 5 shall immediately forward the payment letter to respondent no. 3 within a further period of two months and the due amount shall be paid to the petitioner accordingly.
