In view of the subsequent development, counsel for the Legal Aid appearing in Criminal Appeal No.107/2025 seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. In view of the fact that latter appeal is superseded by filing of fresh power of attorney, he is left with no alternative except to withdraw this appeal. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
