This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking to allege that there is unauthorised occupation upon the land of Khata No. 209, Arazi No. 118 recorded as Kallar land (managed by Nagar Nigam, Meerut) in Khatauni of fasli year 1429-1434. 2. A perusal of the pictures annexed with the petition indicates that the alleged construction has not come up overnight, rather the same appears to be existing over at least more than a decade. 3. Filing of the petition after sending a cursory four-line notice on 24.07.2025, without indicating any trigger as to how and in what manner the petitioner after a decade, has sought action against the alleged unauthorised construction, which though is existing for over a long time, creates doubt over the credentials of the petitioner especially in a case where the petitioner is an Advocate. 4. In view thereof, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition. The same is therefore, dismissed.
