The instant petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for willfully disobeying the order dated 17.01.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed in CWP-9382-2020, wherein, the following directions were passed:- 3. Mr. B.R. Mahajan, Senior Advocate, on the asking of Court, confirms that policy of 2011 is still in force and it was made as per judgment of Supreme Court in Secretary, State of Karnataka v. Uma Devi, (2006) 4 SCC 1. The case of the petitioner would be considered as per said policy. If the petitioner is found eligible to regularization and other benefits, he would be extended the same within six months from today. 4. In the wake of statement of learned Senior counsel for the respondents, the present petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that if the petitioner is found eligible for regularization as per policy of 2011, he shall not be entitled to arrears.” 2. Notice of motion. 3.
