The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.10 of 2025, arising out of Lohardaga P.S. Case No.201 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.07 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under sections 109, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner attempted to murder the informant by firing upon him. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that no injury has been sustained by anybody and the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case only because a man like petitioner was seen in CCTV footage near the house of the informant. It is next submitted that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial of the case. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has also been submitted in this case. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Lohardaga, in connection with S.T. Case No.10 of 2025, arising out of Lohardaga P.S. Case No.201 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.07 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the Court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
