The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the facility of e-mulakat inside the Central Jail No.-02, Tihar, New Delhi, with his mother, who is residing in Pakistan. 2. Undisputedly, various circulars have been issued by the Jail Authorities from time to times which do not permit any e- mulakat facility with Pakistani nationals. Rules therefore, does not permit any such request being allowed. In view of the above no order can be passed in the present writ petition. 3. The petition is therefore dismissed.
