(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.235 dated 30.06.2024 under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC registered at Police Station City Kharar, District S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali. This Court, vide order dated 10.10.2024, had directed the petitioner to appear before Investigating Agency and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on ad-interim bail to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 10.10.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined and cooperated with the investigation.
