Therefore, it shows that the appellant having got change of vakalat from the present counsel, had not made any arrangement to engage the counsel or to appear before this Court, hence it shows that the appellant has not shown any interest to pursue these matters. 3. Therefore, for want of prosecution, we are inclined to dismiss these appeals, accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. (R.S.K., J.)
