The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking directions to the official respondents No.1 and 2 to hand over the investigation in case FIR No.0036 dated 09.03.2025 under Sections 316(2), 318(4) BNS and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act 2014 at P.S. Division No.6, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar to Bureau of Investigation (BOI) Punjab i.e. respondent No.3. It is stated in the petition that the petitioner has already made representation dated 06.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) before the Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar raising the said grievances, but no action has been taken so far. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.4-The Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar to Puneet Sharma 2025.09.30 04:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment 119 CRM-M-47766-2025 -2- consider the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereon. 3.
