Proceeding for declaring the sale-deed null and void was initiated under Section 166/167 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act and the transfer made was declared to be void, against which petitioner had filed Revision No. 776 of 2022 before the Commissioner, Aligarh Division, Aligarh which was allowed on 28.9.2024 and direction was issued for mutating the name of petitioners. According to petitioners, the order dated 28.9.2024 till date has not been complied with by the revenue authorities. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking direction upon the revenue authorities to comply the order dated 28.9.2024. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon the revenue authorities to proceed with the matter and comply the order dated 28.9.2024 passed by the revisional court, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
