Udayakumar Government Advocate Crl. side ORDER This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.479/2025 on the file of the respondent police. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and assaulted him. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate submits that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. 5. Hence, this Court is inclined to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 24364 of 2025 grant bail to the petitioner with condition. 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that: [a] the petitioner and the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass Book to ensure their identity. [b] the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.00 a.m for a period of 8 weeks. Further, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of crime No. 479 of 2025 and the victim is permitted to withdraw the same. [c] the petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or witness either during investigation or trial.
