Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2. By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court concerned to expedite the trial proceeding of Complaint Case No. 81649 of 2023 (Amol Gautam Vs. Ankur Khatri) under Section 138 of The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, P.S.- Cantt, District- Varanasi, pending before the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. 7, Varanasi, expeditiously within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act in the year 2023 but the same has not been decided so far due to which, applicant is suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. 4. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
