Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the names of the petitioners are not found in the FIR. 3. It is seen that neither the SC/ST Act is attracted. In any event, the case being under the Special Act where there is a statutory bar for entertaining the anticipatory bail petition, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners herein to approach the Court below and seek appropriate remedy.
