Present petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for giving direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to get detenue, namely, Dimpal D/o Sandesh, released from the illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 9. 2. Notice in this case was issued and respondent-State was directed to produce detenue, namely, Dimpal before this Court. 3. Detenue, namely, Dimpal and petitioner are present in person before this Court. The Court has interacted with both of them. 4. The petitioner has submitted before this Court that he solemnzied marriage with detenue, Dimpal on 28.05.2025. Thereafter, she was forcebly taken away by respondents No.4 to 9 i.e. her parents and POOJA SHARMA 2025.08.29 18:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRWP-9287-2025 -2- kept in illegal custody. He also submits that the detenue is his legally wedded wife and she is in family way as well. 5. Detenue, namely, Dimpal has also stated before this Court that she is 25 years of age and she has empathetically denied that she is in family way. She submits that she does not want to go with the petitioner and wants to remain with her parents. 6. In view of the statement made by detenue, namely, Dimpal, the present petition is disposed of.
