The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.147 dated 27.06.2025, under Sections 5/13 (2) of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 and 11-59-60 of the Prevention of Curelty to Animals Act, 1960, registered at Police Station Pinangwan, District Nuh, Haryana. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 27.08.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required in this case. 3. Learned State counsel has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and, on instructions from ASI Sanjeet, further submits that the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation. 4. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 27.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
