Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions of the petitioner, who is present in the Court alongwith his daughter (Priyadarshni) has submitted that missing daughter of petitioner has now been found, who has returned home at her own and now she is staying 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2025:HHC:7930 - 2 - with the petitioner. He has further submitted that the petitioner as well as his daughter have decided to continue her studies in the same college i.e. Government Degree College Sanjauli in B.A. first year. 3. During interaction, respondent No.5- Priyadarshni has also submitted that she intends to continue her studies without any break and her father had agreed to her proposal. In view of the above, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present petition.
