The present petition has been filed praying for the following relief:- "(a). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the Challani Report dated 29.09.2024 issued by the Station House Officer, Police Station Tahbarpur, District Azamgarh against the petitioner arising out of Case Crime No. Nil of 2024 under Section 129 B.N.S.S. (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of commanding the Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to initiate fair and proper enquiry against the Challani Report dated 29.09.2024 issued by the Station House Officer, Police Station Tahbarpur, District Azamgarh against the petitioner arising out of Case Crime No. Nil of 2024 under Section 129 B.N.S.S." No order passed under Section 130 B.N.S.S. has been filed before this Court. Writ Petition is not maintainable against the report of the police officer. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
