Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 238 of 2023 arising out of Maranghada P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned D.A.S.J-II, Khunti. 3. On 09.04.2023, husband of the Informant was assaulted by the petitioners and co-accused persons, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. 5. Mr. Nawin Kumar Singh, learned A.P.P in B.A. No. 2794 of 2025 and Mr. Naveen Kumar Ganjhu, learned A.P.P in B.A. 2796 of 2025 have opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned D.A.S.J-II, Khunti in connection with S.T. No. 238 of 2023 arising out of Maranghada P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
