Heard Sri Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, dated 10.01.2025, stating that the petitioners were assigned house site pattas in an extent of 3 cents each in the year 1998. However, since the petitioners have not complied with the conditions of assignment, the Government has proposed to reassign the subject lands in favor of beneficiaries identified under "Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu" scheme. Consequently, the Government has proposed to issue house site pattas in respect of the subject land. 4. This Court is of the considered view that the assignment patta was granted subject to certain conditions, and if any of these conditions are violated, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, issuing notice to the assignees. The respondents cannot dispossess the petitioners without following the due procedure under law. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land without following the due procedure under law. 6. The written instructions of the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, dated 10.01.2025 are placed on record. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
