Learned State counsel submits that the representation, dated 04.01.2025, will be decided by respondent no.2/Director, Elementary Education by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within three months. 5. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 6. In view of the above, order dated 21.05.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-6755-2025 has already been complied with, as speaking order dated 25.07.2025 has been passed. 7.
