This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1) A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to directing the respondent no. 3 to 5 to provide the copy of Bandobasti map of gata no. 10 of village Hasanpur (Bachhaipur, Pargana Sikandapur, district Ballia by deciding the representation dated 21.3.2025 (Annexure no.1) pending before him within stipulated period to secure the ends of justice." 2. It is contended that the certain revenue documents are required by the petitioner for which he has moved an application on 21.03.2025 which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 4- Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Rasara, District Ballia to decide the application dated 21.03.2025 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits. September 16, 2025 A. V.
