He, therefore, prays for disposal of this petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the request and pass appropriate orders in the matter in a time bound manner. In view of the statement made and the limited prayer, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Bank that in case the petitioner has approached the Bank for availing the benefit of OTS scheme and the same has been accepted in principle, the respondent-Bank shall consider extending the time to make the mandatory deposit by two weeks.
