The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the trial court to release the applicant in four other cases after submitting personal bond and two sureties, which are as follows :- (i) Case Crime No. 460 of 2024, under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(5) of BNS, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Muzaffar Nagar. (ii) Case Crime No. 195 of 2024, under Sections 331(4), 305(e), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Purkaji, District Muzaffar Nagar. (iii) Case Crime No. 275 of 2024, under Sections 317(2), 303(2) of BNS, Police Station Chhapar, District Muzaffar Nagar. (iv) Case Crime No. 571 of 2024, under Sections 317(2), 303(2) of BNS, Police Station Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar. It is further submitted that the applicant is a poor person. Applicant has no means to submit sureties as ordered in bail orders. Applicant has been roped up in ten cases in a row. It is further submitted that all the cases are same in nature. It is further submitted that all four cases are related to Police Station Kotwali Nagar, Purkaji, Chhapar and Nai Mandi of District Muzaffar Nagar. It is further submitted that applicant has been granted bail in all four cases by concerned Sessions Court, Muzaffar Nagar. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the concerned Magistrate is directed to release the applicant in all four cases related to Police Station Kotwali Nagar, Purkaji, Chhapar and Nai Mandi of District Muzaffar Nagar on the basis of personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
